High efficiency wood hammer mill`s working principle is that when the materials enters into crusher room , materials are grinded by the beat , friction power from the higher speed rotating hammers , then the required powder screened by the sieve .
1. One set complete hammer mill contain fan blower , cyclone , air lock , bag dust collector , electrical control cabinet .
2. Motor we use Siemens beide motor .
3. Hammers grinding the material into powder , then the fan blower absorb powder to cyclone , in the end the airlock discharge the powder to next section .
4. Special design two pieces screeners make the machine have high efficiency and capacity .
5. Fully opened operating door, convenient maintenance and easy to replace hammer .
6. The high efficiency hammer mill can crush the wood chips , agricultural waste like the corn cob , penut shell , grain crops .
7. It is widely used in wood pellet production line , animal feed production line .
