1.This machine consists of frame, extruder, accumulator, thickness adjustable unit , feeding system , clamping machine, inflation device, robot,cooling system, hydraulic, pneumatic and other system components,product is suitable for packaging of, petroleum, liquid, , food productions and special-shaped products with the volume up to 90L. Available material PE, PVC. PP, PETG... Max product volume up to 220L 2.We supply single, double, multi-mould and single, double layers, multi-layers composite mould according to the customers requirements. 3. The main structure is made of #63 channel steel, welded by A3 folding, the surface (blue as basic color) is treated with plastic ejection. the whole structure is delicate and durable.
4.Stretch cylinder and pneumatic components adopt SMC brand, Others are from domestic.
5.Conveyor system adopts #45 steel, the surface is galvanized.
6.Automatic preform-feeding for conveyor, it is easy to operate by only putting a certain quantities of preforms inside the feeding bucket. The movement of feeding,heating,blowing and finished bottle transferring is done automatically.
7.Preforms are transferred to the heater through rotating and passing-one-by-one to ensure being heated evenly.
8.PLC panel adopts Siemens to make the machine stable and reliable.
