It can extrude wood-plastic plates with PE/PP+wood powder. The WPC products are widely used in up-market car interior decoration, decoration board, advertising board, base material and decoration material for hotels, resturants and entertainment venues.      This production line is mainly composed of conical twin-screw extruder, die head, three-roller calendering machine, haul-off machine, cutting machine, material reversal stacker, etc. The three rollers adopts polishing roller or embossing roller according to the customer's requirement, and can be adjusted separately with speed frequency regulation. Besides, they are equipped with roller temperature controller. The production line also adopts edge-cutting device.
