Start and operation
1.Start the Centrifugal pump, check turning of the shaft is correct or not.
2.when Seawater Centrifugal Pump rotation check noise and vibration.
3.Pay attention to the pressure gauge and vacuum meter reading, start after a period of time when the pressure gauge and vacuum gauge readings stabilized, shows that the pump has on the fluid, the pump into the normal working.
4.Before the pump nromal working, when it is in self-priming period, should pay special attention to oil pump in the condition of high temperature, if the process is too long, inside the pump oil temperature is too high, then stop the pump inspection.
5.If due to high temperature of the liquid in the pump self-priming difficulties, you can temporarily stop the pump, using pipeline liquid reflux or to add liquid to the pump liquid inject mouth , cooling the liquid in the pump, then start again.
6.Adjusting export valve, make the pressure gauge readings within the prescribed scope, avoid the lower limit of the prescribed scope of work, prevent caused by excessive shaft power motor overload, or make the pump produces gas turbid because of heavy traffic, affect the normal operation of pump, the pump strong vibration and noises.
7.Pump in the process of work if there is a strong vibration and noise, is likely to be caused by pump cavitation occurred, the causes of cavitation has two kinds: one is the inlet pipe flow is too big,second is the suction is too high.
When the velocity is too large should adjust the export control valve,elevated pressure gauge readings,when the inlet piping has blocked should be ruled out
in time;When high suction can decrease the pump mounting height.
8.Pump because of failure to stop the pump in the process of work, need at startup, export control valve should be slightly open (not all closed), both is advantageous to the self-priming process gas exhaust the export, and can ensure the pump starts under a lighter load.
9.Pay attention to check the pipeline system for leakage phenomenon.Note the power value of the machine.
10.Pump every 15 ~ 20 hours or every time before the use should check adding 10 machine oil at a time.
